QuestionWhat are the check-in/check-out times?
AnswerCheck-in is at 14:00, check-out is at 11:00.
Depending on the accommodation plan, it may differ from the above times. For details, please inquire with the hotel’s reservation staff.
QuestionAre there times when check-in is busy?
AnswerIt will likely be very busy between 14:00 - 17:00 on days when events are held in Tokyo Dome City. While we will do our utmost to provide smooth guidance, we humbly ask for your understanding and cooperation if the waiting time is longer than usual.
QuestionIs there parking? What is the price?
AnswerParking is on the 2nd and 3rd basement floors. The price is ¥1,500 (tax included) per night.
After parking, please apply at the front desk to receive a special parking ticket.
There is no limit to the amount of times you can park from the check-in time until 13:00 on the check-out date.
QuestionCan the Internet be used in the rooms?
AnswerInternet connection service through wireless LAN is available for free in all guest rooms.
Please check the guide inside the guest rooms regarding the ID and password.
QuestionCan I leave my luggage at the hotel before check-in and after check-out?
AnswerLuggage can be left at the bell captain's desk on 1F.
Please note that precious items will be stored in a safety box, so please inform the front desk.
QuestionCan foreign currencies be exchanged?
AnswerThere is a foreign currency exchange machine next to the front counter on 1F. 12 foreign currencies (US dollar, Euro, British pound, Australian dollar, Korean won, Singapore dollar, Hong Kong dollar, Thai baht, Malaysian ringgit, Indonesian rupiah, Chinese yuan, New Taiwan dollar) can be exchanged into Japanese yen. Japanese yen cannot be exchanged into foreign currencies.
QuestionIs there a convenience store near the hotel?
AnswerThere is a Seven Eleven within 5 minutes walk of the hotel.
QuestionIs there a fitness club inside the hotel?
AnswerThere is no fitness club inside the hotel.
We can introduce you to the Tokyo Dome Fitness Club located on 7F and 8F of LaQua. Excusive tickets for hotel guests are for sale at the front desk of the hotel.
QuestionI have a small child, will I be charged for their stay?
AnswerFor children aged 5 and under only, they will incur no charge if they sleep in the same bed. Up to 1 child may sleep together with one person being charged at the adult rate.
If a child uses 1 bed on their own, they will be charged at the adult rate.
QuestionIs there early check-in or late check-out?
AnswerIt is available for a fee. Please inquire about the price.
Depending on the reservation situation on the day, this service may not be available.
QuestionI want to cancel my reservation, will there be a cancellation fee?
AnswerWe charge the following fees for cancelled reservations.

• If requested 2 days or more before the reservation date: free

• If requested on the day before the reservation date: 20% of the price

• If requested on the reservation date: 80% of the price

• If there is no contact and the guest does not stay: 100% of the price

May differ depending on the plan. Please check the details of each plan for further information.
In addition, the cancellation fee for reservations of 10 people or over are arranged separately.

AnswerWe provide laundry, dry cleaning and pressing for clothing. Please check here for details.
