• Where to charge and use
  Please refrain from charging or using the product in the following locations, as this increases the risk of overheating or fire.
  • Places exposed to direct sunlight (such as near a window)
  • Near highly flammable items (on the bed, next to the pillow, near the curtains, etc.）
  • Places that prevent heat dissipation (under bedding or clothing, inside a bag , etc.)
• 【Important】 Regarding guest room cleaning
  If, during your stay, we find any devices left in a state that poses a high risk of fire as described above during room cleaning,
  our staff may be forced to take safety measures such as unplugging the charging cable, as ensuring the safety of our guests and the hotel will be our top priority.
