A fitness facility prepared for wellness-conscious guests, equipped with cross trainers, upright bikes, and other equipment. Multiple ingenuities have been put in place such as the open skeleton ceiling and linear lighting with a sense of speed to make you want to move your body.

1. Only guests above 18 years old staying in the newly created Premium Floor (Available from February 1, 2023 [Wed.]) and Executive Floor (Available from March 20, 2023 [Mon.]) are eligible to use the facility for free during their stay.

We have prepared equipment from Life Fitness, which is favored by fitness enthusiasts around the world.

Guidelines for Using the Fitness Room

• You are not allowed to use the fitness room before check-in or after check-out.
• Eating and drinking are not allowed.
  *As the sole exception, you may bring in a beverage as long as it is in a lidded container or plastic bottle.
• We recommend that you wear clothes that are easy to move around in.
• To prevent injury, please make sure to wear indoor shoes inside the training room.
  *We do not rent shoes or workout clothes.
• Please bring the towels provided in your room.
• There are no changing rooms or shower rooms.
• Please store your valuables in the in-room safe or leave them at the front desk on the 1st floor.
• Please refrain from talking on your cellphone while using the machines.
• No smoking is allowed within the facility.
